Registration is £10 for individuals and £15 for families. Once you have submitted this form you will be given the option of paying immediately via PayPal if you so choose.

Please tick here if you are under 16. If under 16s wish to take part in the 10km run (and everyone is welcome) they must get written permission from a parent or guardian prior to taking part in the event. The parent/guardian must consent to the participant being fit and able to complete a 10km run - and that they do not know of any health related issues that would put the under 16 runner at risk. We will send a consent form to any runner under16.

One of our partners this year is Hounslow Travel Active. This is a joint project between NHS Hounslow and Hounslow Council to promote walking and cycling in the local area, including providing information about local events and promotions.
